Laying TERRA-GRID E® 35

Make substructure for planned use.

15 – 45 cm thickness

Create a 2-4 cm thick chippings laying bed (grain size 2 – 5 mm) on the gravel base course.

Take TERRA-GRID E® 35 paddock slabs from the pallet.

Lay with the closed side facing down.

Lay out and align in the first layer.

Keep a distance of 3 – 5 cm from fixed fixtures (curbstones, columns, etc.).

Using the foot, firmly snap the mats to the existing layers.

Fill the open chambers with suitable backfill material and overfill by approx. 2 cm.

You have successfully installed TERRA-GRID E® 35 paddock slabs on a substructure with ease.

Cut the grass sort.

Take TERRA-GRID E® 35 floor grid from the pallet.

Install with the closed side facing up.

Create and align position.

Snap the foot to the layers already in place.

By using your foot, firmly snap the mats to the existing layers.

Compact the completely laid surface with a vibratory plate or roller.

You have successfully installed TERRA-GRID E® 35 without a substructure with ease.
